Diamond Jubilee 2012
I have some concerns about the extra Bank Holiday introduced in 2012 for the Queen's Diamond Jubilee.
If my client at that time does not wish to pay for my time over the extra Bank Holiday, will I be able to claim Loss of Earnings from Her Majesty? Conversely if I were to work that Bank Holiday, will my client be able to claim for the additional cost of employing my services on a Bank Holiday?
Any thoughts?
