Has anyone here eaten carp??

I have and its not muddy or any of the other things that people say it is.
A nice carp steak from a 20 pounder brushed with olive oil and thrown on the barbie for a few minutes makes a welcome change from the norm. I would recommend it to anyone that has not yet had the opportunity to taste it.
