Yep the Vatican moved paddys day to the 15th for the sake of holy week. Feel really guilty actually, never went to mass on Sunday and it was Palm Sunday... my fave mass of the year.Bazza gets caught

Holy Week takes precedence over all other holy days, which is why it doesn't appear in the English church calendar this year (as St. Patrick is classed as a minor saint).
The Irish church celebrated on Saturday, since it was a weekend.Comment
