It seems that somebody's deployment script had shoveled one of my test pages across to a live server. Said page had some text that I'd typed off the top of my head just to get a layout working... although there was no actual foul language on there, it did refer to the general public as "the unwashed masses"...

I remember doing a customer presentation of the system on one of my first projects, to find that someone had created a test user called "D*ckhead Gascgoine".
On another project, we pulled some of the development at the last minute because under certain conditions, the form popped up a message "F*** Off", and under others, it said "F*** you" but not all the time....
I reckon "unwashed masses" is pretty easy to talk your way out of
