It was suprising to see such drastic action with no warning or consultation. My point has always been that there is alot of nonsense posted in general. I would support not counting general and LR posts towards total post count - though I would not mind too much if the joke thread was moved to general. Having said that, this will do me alot of good.
I will still check the business/accounting/technical threads occasionally - though there seems a large chance that these will be increasingly subjected to inane chatter - and I will try to pop in to see how you all are.
If others are considering other contract forums I would be very interested to hear - though I think the best is the PCG forum which I would love to rejoin but I cannot justify the cost unless I have a limited company. I still think this is the second best forum in spite of the above.
