A year or so ago, I set up Skype on a friends computer. He then spent ages comparing how much calls cost from his landline compared to Skype, making a list of which method he should use.

I laughed about the extra 0.5p a minute he would save if he remembered which method to choose, and he just said "how do you think I got to be a millionaire without doing things like this?". That shut me up.
