Equal rights my ass.
Having read (googled) now, of some of the injustices, I think that we should call family law the injustice system.Confusion is a natural state of beingComment

Well! I think that it would be wise now to get off the subject. the true scale of the problem, a problem of unimaginable magnitude, has finally come home to me.
The rights of both fathers and children have been systematically abused with arbitrary decisions by a dispassionate and ultimately ignorant legal system.
I am incensed, and ultimately ashamed that I considered British law, justice.
These post's may draw some flack from the ignorant, I don't care.
I will point out one thing.
I do not have an axe to grind with regard to this issue!
I am not involved in a custody or access battle. I am merely a man enraged at the shoddy treatment and judgments handed down to fathers and children by an inept and outdated legal system.
Think and say what you will, but educate yourself properly with regard to the subject first.Confusion is a natural state of beingComment
