What sort of milk?

In a plain white plastic cup as Fino's hasn't any cups with a swirly pattern on

I do love porridge! always had it as a child if not having kippers.

But slimming world are not keen on it - like bread and anything like that.

So these days I stick to fruit and coffee. Saccarin is free with SW - and the milk comes fvrom my daily milk allowance.
