It's supposed to be monthly payment but I asked them nicely for an interim payment ... and they did. indeed!

shame about the 26pence .... boo..

I know it's nothing really and it's not the pennies I'm bothered about. It's the naff system with the built-in error that has clearly never been checked. It is the staff the use the system blindly, assuming it works. That's what niggles really, the crappiness of it all. And you can guarantee that if it had been me that made the error, they would have been giving me a hard time.
