Just phoned BT to have the lines changed over to the new house.
They told me 2 weeks ago that I could take my number with me.
Now they say I can't, and I have to have a new number.
They also want £124 to put a socket into the house. a ten minute job.
I told them I would fit it myself, and they said you are not allowed coz you are not bt qualified.
My leccy mate is fitting it tomorrow. I can't wait for them to dispute his qualifications. he is a college tutor who teaches the BT apprentices
My daughter is dragging her heels, she should have been here by now.
having an unruly insane two year old and a fussy slow 6 year old to get ready first, is no excuse for tardiness.
