So have you given up your karate ?

I'm going to step it up tonight at training, and going to take, well warm up the class on Wednesday

No it's just clashing for the moment with the PT sessions which will reduce to 1 per week after next week and then I'll go back to Karate. There is a graing at the end of March that I don't want to miss.
