I got a couple of pairs of handmade leather shoes for £60 a couple of months ago. When they came through the post they had stuck £100 stickers on the bottom of the soles to make it look like I had got a "really" good deal. The truth is I paid a reasonable price for a good pair of shoes and they wanted to make me feel I had got the bargain of the century, I'm not quite so jaded though.Comment
