Bummer, man... why £250 lighter?

Had to pay for recovery. RAC would only tow me 10 miles.

Next time when I recieve the gift of an RAC membership I'm going to make sure they didn't cheap out on me


Anyway the garage looked at it this morning. My original diagnosis of oil seal was correct.

Something came off the road the got wedged behind the crankshaft and ripped the oil seal out.

At least the engine shouldn't be damaged as it wasn't started.
