No real story, went training last night and had a good sparring session.
Dropped my guard and I was caught... 20 seconds later the same thing happened.

It looks like I need work on my guard a little

I've just had a text from my instructor asking if I'd like to go on a judges/refs course.

indeed... I really need to invest in a head guard, but I keep putting it off
