Speaking of houses the one I almost bought last year is on the market again.

For the price I was going to pay for it.

Some chump bought it at £160,000. Put it on the market for £189,000 and now its sitting at £169,500. I think I can squeeze him down to £166,000.

Might stick an offer in.
