I'm having difficulties getting software to load into the Dragon... played back a wav file of Chucky Egg, but it's having none of it... comes up with I/O error and if you adjust the output level on the sound card, it sometimes sees the header, but then craps out with "FM" which is bad file mode apparently...

Ho hum.

I'll get there in the end, I'm sure.

Though quite why I'm bothering, I really don't know.

I brought in an ancient Spectrum+, which is even more severely screwed than the Dragon.
