            For sanding the Parquet flooring before I seal it, I will use one of my Random Orbital Sanders.

                  they pulled up the 50's parquet and replaced with big solid wood boards. looks great. much better wearing than carpet (esp with kids).

                      i liked the original parquet but it was coming apart and couldn't be saved. well, i suppose technically it could have been repaired but since the flooring wasn't completely parquet (some concrete and some board) it all had to come up.
