House malarkey is a 'mare. Lost one due to the seller deciding not to sell (sheesh). Have found a cracker (but pricey!) and all going through ok so far. Still a month away from completion though I reckon.
All ok with you?Rule #76: No excuses. Play like a champion.Comment

Talking about housing, I need to sort the mortgages out on my flats, thinking of changing them all to repyments, and taking a hit in the pocket, problem is with the intrest rates going up are are no such good deals out there....but I guess your finding that with your new place.
We did look at this house, which is about 5 mins walk from where I'm living at the moment, but missed it!

The one that we are buying isn't quite so grand, but is still very nice nonetheless. 3-bed townhouse on a gated development in Kent.
Re: mortgage, my IFA sorted me out a 4.99% fixed for 2 years with a £1500 arrangement fee. Seemed like a reasonable deal to me.Rule #76: No excuses. Play like a champion.Comment
