Sometimes, I come in to read posts, but not respond to them.

Sometimes, I log in to read my PMs, but don't want people to know that I'm here or the ladies just won't leave me alone.

I actually switched it off when I was in my last "I'm never posting here again" sulk (after the debacle over whether we should have a private FB group or not). I had left it alone, so it showed that I'd just not logged in (and I lasted a week!), but I opened the home page in IE on my laptop and it logged me in!! So that's when I changed it, as I was still in exile for a bit.
