It is always an anti-climax - it is normal to feel that way.
You are tired: learning new stuff, new faces, new geography is VERY hard work on the brain.
Your blood sugar will be low - eating routines are disrupted.
You may also be dehydrated - drink breaks are not established.
There is also a load of emotional reaction involved.
Do not be down-hearted at not feeling hyper - it is normal.Drivelling in TPD is not a mental health issue. We're just community blogging, that's all.
