I'd say it depends on the level of pissedness. If she starts getting leery and abusive and offensive, then that's not at all attractive, in fact it's quite the opposite, it spoils the whole occasion, especially if you've been planning it secretly for weeks!!!!

But if she's laughing and happy and having a bit of fun, I'd say it could be quite charming and endearing and yes attractive. Unless she's a right munter of course.
