A couple of my friends thought their existence had become pointless when the first-born arrived. They were made to feel their role was purely bread-winner and they weren't even allowed to touch the baby unsupervised.
Plonking the baby in the Dad's arms right at the start would have helped both of them.Drivelling in TPD is not a mental health issue. We're just community blogging, that's all.
