a) The NHS: willonly recruit its own so I can't get in.

b) HMRC: all those clever sods that did the security training are in there.

very very true on the back pain - my reading on tinternet implies it will go in a few years - without surgery. But I am thinking of starting a back pain thread!

personally I usually find this time of year quiet. January there is a bit going on - then March it booms. Hang in there!
