Alliance & Leicester
Alliance & Leicester should be called "A liar and Let sit"
Can't get your money back off them when you need to, because they are a useless load of numpties.
Just phoned them again and asked why the same day transfer hasn't gone through. Answer = "it sometimes takes up to four days" -- for a same day transfer?, that they charge you £30 to make ?????
Said we'd cancel the chaps transfer and go to the branch and draw the £??,000 out in cash. Answer = " oh! we wouldn't have that amount of cash available at the local branch"
Are Alliance and Leicester becoming another Northern Rock ?
I can see us marching up and down the pavement outside with placards before the end of the day.
I transfered more ten times this amount from the Nat west yesterday by chaps and it was transferred in less than 2 hours. What's with the Alliance & Leicester? No money?
I am getting really really annoyed now. am I going to have to go back to NatWest and transfer the money from my High interest account there instead.?
Update: Money transferred 09.15 this morning. same day my assLast edited by Diver; 14 December 2007, 09:26.Confusion is a natural state of beingComment
