Oh dear. Water might be the only thing - or dioralyte for kids.

My baby had gastroenteritis this year, and was ill for quite a few days. Took her down to A&E in the end (she'd bumped her head the day before and was now being sick), but all they said was nurofen / water / dioralyte.

i'm just back from the swimming pool. took daughter there - they had the diving section open (first time ever!) so we sepnt a happy hour hurling ourselves off the 1m springboard and 3 m diving board. great fun. she's fearless!

Last nights Spag bol for us today.... and they have opened a new Carluccios deli in Manchester so I have some white chocolate fudge cake for dessert..... it's screaming out at me from the fridge...
