If I could run as well as it, I'd have my parkrun sorted. Supposed to be out tonight with the girlies. One has come down from the lakes for it, so can't really bail. Might WFH this arvo - got 2 hour meeting this morning

Had blood test on the way to work this morning.

Arrived at office to find that arm had leaked all over my sleeve. Attempted to clean up, so now I'm sitting in a wet jumper.
