Good news. Funeral done with. My 3 kids read a poem. Mother's troublesome boyfriend did not turn up. We decided to hold our personal wake at mcdonalds! Best of all, mother's troublesome boyfriend has moved out of her house. After 2 weeks of threats and intimidation, my worst nightmare is over.

I have done no exercise since my triple 11 weeks ago due to stress. I now have 2 weeks to decide if to do midnight man - only a single iron man. If I do it, it will hurt like hell.

I bet they just throw them in the bin like everybody else, though

Sometimes doctors prescribe "ADT"s for troublesome patients. Any Damned Thing. Maybe they pick stuff at random from returned drugs?

Fecking ridiculous. Sitting on the bed, leaning over to retrieve discarded jeans off the floor - wasn't even moving and it went 'crick'. Could barely get up. Driving 200 miles today and spending day in meeting room chair hasn't helped. Got some stronger painkillers in the cupboard, so hopefully will knock me out for the night.

It's no good at your age doing strenuous activities in the bedroom, your not kids anymore

Mostly aspirin and paracetamol with the odd ibuprofen thrown in for good measure.

Though there is one with a bit of codeine, for that monkey on your back feel when you run out.

Did mine the last time by pulling my trousers up in the bog after having a dump.

Then had to drive 40 miles to Cardiff, & 40 miles back, which oddly wasn't as painful as staggering up & down the garden path at home.
