Evening all. I've just woken up from a weird hallucinatory dream where I was having a very interesting conversation about politics. With the cat. I'm too tired to catch up, I'm starting from here.

I have to say though, Day Nurse is far better than Lemsip.

Must be the ephedrine

Well, technically it's pseudoephedrine, but the effects seem to be much the same.

Fortunately I have some sleeping pills to bring me down from this over-the-counter drug induced rush.

I probably shouldn't have mixed them with a couple of litres of coke though.

The pharmacist chap told me this afternoon I was only allowed to buy one pack, because Day Nurse can be converted to methamphetamine quite easily.

So I looked it up on the net. And he's right. There's even step by step instructions.
