Bought some pork shoulder and belly pork yesterday ready to have a bash at making my own at home. Thinking I'll do half plain pork and half Lincolnshire.
Casings arrived in the post yesterday as well. Soaked overnight so should be ready to use later.

Am investigating meat grinders. I have one for the kitchen aid but its a tad pants, as you have to freeze the meat slightly. Want a metal one but not one you have to hand crank.
I've managed to find someone who does meat casings over here, I'd like to be able to get caul so I can also make faggots.

I found it in the summer when I was cleaning out cupboards in the kitchen.
