      I had a Shakey Pete's Ginger Brew at the Hawksmoor bar last weekend. Gin, ginger, lemon and London Pride. Very tasty and refreshing

            I do have the Hawksmoor cook book, so will look up the recipe. Don't have London pride, wonder if I can substitute old speckled hen?
