I took a swim. During my cycle in. Soon as I got out of the house it chucked it down. Cycling into the wind. I was like a drowned rat at the end. -

Not fast - about 25 mins for the 40 lengths. Was having goggle issues - got some new ones, identical to my old ones, but I can't get them fitting right.
