I had a very long hot shower to warm up - now on camomile tea.

            Swim is swum.

Today's perfume is essence of chlorine.

How far did you swim and in what time?

40 lengths of front crawl, then a couple of backstroke to unwind the arms.

Not fast - about 25 mins for the 40 lengths. Was having goggle issues - got some new ones, identical to my old ones, but I can't get them fitting right.

                Practised my bilateral breathing.

                Edit: 25m pool, so 1km.

Waiting for dhl to turn up, website is absolutely useless, no estimated time for delivery at all. All I get is "out for delivery".

                    Not helpful at all.

                      Right!

Cup of coffee and I'm going to chop down some shrubs and plant some fruit trees!
