40 miles with the CTC this morning. Knackered.

Took off sheets & pillow cases & washed same.

Vac'ed house.

Washed more stuff.

Washed even more stuff.

About to do washing up.

A man's work is never done.

Then I've got to go shopping.

I think that doing some gardening before breakfast was a poor decision.

I felt really weird for a while afterwards.

I did a 6 hour 45 minutes cycle - about 90 miles. On 300ml of water.

Proves I ate way too much yesterday.....

Dallas is doing frankfurt IM today -her 9th IM!

She completed her swim in 01:24 - but not finished the bike yet. Its now 15:45 over there and she was in the 07:00 wave . Last update was 35 minutes ago so hope she will be in the next update.
