        Red berry today.

Tomorrow I will be back on the camomile tea - as per Dallas's orders. And I do mean orders. My god she is scary! She would make a good headmistress or librarian.

You coming to the pub tonight? Alcohol not mandatory.
Apologies - please send my regards to everyone. Shift finishes at 3pm - then I will try to do some exercise. I have not been feeling sociable or up to exercising this week. I am trying to work out why. Possible reasons :-

          1. Days getting shorter
          2. Diet change (cheers Dallas!)
          3. SuityItus
          4. Old age.

To curb the diet change, I have got some satsumas. Vitamin C is supposed to be important for energy production (I am sure Vetran and MS will remember the dextrose/vitC tablets I handed out on L2B)

Because it would turn into even more of a whingefest than it already is

Well, we know how you are, and how I am. How's everyone else? How's the norr-toe?

And what exactly is wrong with an "ad hominem" argument? Dodgy Agent, 16-5-2014

And I thought tpd was for drivelling - not for whining....
