Morning all

Uniformly grey and dismal at all points on the train journey so far this morning. Sun struggling to break through the greyness. Not expecting it to improve much by the time I get to London.

Grey and miserable in cloggers, just like my mood atm!

It was a production of "Aida - Verdi"

Got a call up for an unarmed stage fight and extra work

Stage fight got changed at the last minute so just in a couple of the acts as an extra.

Very good production tho...

Tonight its "Nabucco - Verdi" then tomorrow its "La Boheme - Puccini" but not sure I can be arsed with it as there is no stage combat for me

Haven't been to the Opera in a while, last time I went the acoustics were pretty awful, it was in The Hague, cosi fan tutte, I think.

Its been a while for me too but the theatre royal is an amazing venue and the production was at a very high standard
