I'm feeling just a tad fragile this morning.

So to round the term off, I've had the oik come back with his timer that I built last week & this complaining that it doesn't work.

    Which it does.

    Still.

Minor instruction necessary & some more bluetak supplied.

Two oiks from last year then turned up saying that they'd lost a dual PWM thingie I designed last year & can they have another one.

Sadly I disabused them of the notion that I'd be making the thing all over again.

Go & find the first one.

He had two XKs, the one in the garage & another that someone had crashed that he used for spares.

Eventually the owner of the garages posted a notice (some 25 or 30 years later) saying that the car must be removed or it would be taken away.

Which it was, on the back of a low loader.

Worth £10k even in the condition it was in at the time.

Dunno if the milkman ever found out.
Mr N's uncle had a Astin Martin DB3 convertible rotting on his drive.... never did anything with it despite the fact Aston Martin offered to take it off his hands, restore it and put it in their museum. He refused saing it was his son's legacy ( his son doesn't drive!!!!)

It got sold to a collector) when he died.

It's brightening up a bit now.

                  Not quite so grey.

Just pissed down but starting to brighten up. May go for a walkie up the high street.

Weekend and next week are looking warmer - may get out of my biking thermal underlay and into full summer mode.

Can't wait for the warm weather!
