        Working more hours than god sends for free at the moment as unpaid overtime, main project won't take the slack up for the extra day I have been rolled off another little project so going to 4 days a week

              Funny enough the ops manager said the same thing!

              Work needs to be done, client won't pay for it but my professional reputation is on the line if it doesn't happen

                      Not for me, for me time is more valuable than anything, I can invoice 4 days with good will and spend the 5th day with my kids, no brainer in my eyes.

                      (It also helps that 4 days billing here is more than I was billing in 5 days at my last gig)
