Project timeline
March - I pointed out that best practice should bounce one DB component at least once a week. Support team didn't even acknowledge this.
Yesterday - I mentioned it again. Support team manager tells the project team "I told the DBA, and he is doing this now"
Today - checked component status. Started date February 24, 2012.
And they wonder why things don't work properly.Comment
