    of course, how silly of me...

    Gym work:

    5 miles run (sat and sun)
    3k cycle (sat)
    2k row (sun)

    light swim (500 m) (sat and sun)

    Played a game of hockey on Sun (havent done that in a while since I stopped playing in a club team about 2 years ago)

      would really have liked to have done the stage combat workshops this weekend but commitments at home means I cant wander too far for too long at the moment....

        I am very impressed.

        Personally on Sat I did a 6 mile run. Sun was a 2 mile run followed by 2400m swim in 62 minutes.

          well tbh, I am fat and lazy but when motivated (or stressed and worried about something) can do this sort of exercise without thinking too much...wish it happened more often

          Have noticed that as you get older, it seems everyone around you wants to do crazy triathlons or ironmans etc...
          never seen the craze myself but do wish I was a bit fitter
