Compared to clientco here - no documentation whatsoever! Everyone always wondering what the servers are called, let alone the connection details.

Not just War and Peace, but a complete 'document version control', complete 'distribution list', 'management summary', index, 'template version history' etc, etc, etc. It's work simulation and it's bulltulip.

What annoys me is they don't understand that a high level plan, is what it is and at the stage we're at in this project it won't get any more in depth till they've actually appointed the people we need to get into actual planning with.
