Its not a case of granting a request, its what I agreed when I took on the contract.

Yeah, that's not good at all. I hope they give you what your contracted stated. I've not had a gig away from home but from what you and others have said, it come with a lot of extra costs and hassles that I was not aware of, and may others take heed.

I hope you get it sorted.

I'm probably going to have to exercise my MOO part of the contract this week as the equipment they have supplied doesn't work (i.e. needs a full rebuild) and I can't see the Team Lead letting me come in to sit in front of the defunct PC doing nothing. The irony is it works on my office equipment, but they won't let me use my own equipment. Madness, The good news is I can prep all the food for this weekends gig without the rush. At a loss of at least one days rate or more!

Well, bed beckons, and let me dream of recipes and DA42s...

      Nite all

              Bored.

              Now.

Just tested all the IceBreaker(tm) chips that the esteemed customers got their hands on.

              Only one appears dead.

Next, producing the remainder of the PCBs for the esteemed customers.

              Deep joy.

Just had my first fishing call. The agent decided to try and puta juicy bait on the end of the hook, and I just swam on by.

                      Very wise.

I remember being caught by some bint or other on a fishing trip back in the dim & distant days when I was slightly gullible.
