Considering buying a house in cloggers, Mr N and I have had our eye on one of the neighbours houses which has been up for sale for a year and has been reduced muchly.
Its a "doer upper" so needs a lot of tlc and then some.
Thankfully my financial advisor also does property negotiations, so it will be interesting to see if the vendors will enter into diaglogue.Comment
