Quite right chaps - kick 'em in the wallet!
What I really hate about these new-age organisations is they way you can't complain anymore. It's all this new-fangled feedback/customer 'service' forms nonsense. And then you get the standard 'your opinions are importnt to us' bollocks e-mail.
