Bright and breezy this morning, should last all of 5 mins. Cycled in today. Worked out I'm doing about 50 mpg on the motorbike - wooohoo!
I cooked an Indian dish from my favourite Vineet Bhatia cookbook (Crispy prawns, red onion, cumin and turmeric khichdi, herb chutney). It wasn't too bad but didn't have enough coriander so chutney was a bit "milky" rather than dark green. Tried out my decorating sauce bottle which worked a treat.Comment
