Installed Audacity freebie audio editing thingie.

Discovered that some "wav" files are just renamed mp3 files.

Renamed "wav" file as mp3 & imported into audacity.

Resampled at 11kHz & exported it as 11kHz mono 8 bit pcm.

Sorted.

Will now take DSP tome home again this evening.
