Also got some sweetcorn, so might make a chowder.

About to make a start on the ceviche. Got some lovely seabass for that.

Just for the record, I had some home made Pina Coladas, but much to my chagrin, no real pineapple juice, so sadly disappointed.

Now to making a bacon sarnie (with butcher bacon, butter, ketchup & mayonnaise) before I plan the BBQ feast for me (hopefully) new lady, who loves my cooking!

It is a really useful book, we've used it lots *hic*

They don't have proper bacon over here I miss the streaky I used to get off my local farmer in blighty.
