I was never small (at least in adulthood), you've seen the photo's. 50" chest and shoulders like a double wardrobe.
Put the weight on when I had the accident and was practically bedridden for a year. then took a less active role (Deskjob) and then packed in the ciggies.
The weight is falling off me now though
Oh! Despite being overweight and nearly 60, I can still wield shovel, pick, spade & barrow for a full hard working 8 hour day that would put most desk jockies in hospital
