Rang them to find out why we hadn't had a final bill from them as we informed them of final meter readings and new tenants.
the owe us £700 and are insisting that they send a cheque.
The cheque cannot be sent to an overseas address
And they are refusing to refund it via the direct debit
And Banks over here don't accept cheques.

With anglian water, rang them Monday, Tuesday the money was credited to our uk account.

so it turns out we have to pay £8 for a re-sit. wtf is that all about.
And not only that but she wants to go to Athens in Feb with Religious Studies. No probs I say.
She hands the letter over and its £520 for 3 nights and letter has to be returned this week. But luckily no deposit for a couple weeksComment
