I had a big pitta bread with minced lamb (cold wrap). delicious salad.
Spinach wrap, cheese one, some great big folded naan bread with cheese, spicy meat n stuff.

Must do some mezze tomorrow.

Make some flat bread, marinade some chicken thighs in yoghurt and spices, make some tatziki and hummus.

Used to work around the cover from a really good Turkish restaurant, you could smell the chargrilled meat as you walked past.
