I have a big issue with cramping during swimming. To be fair I did cycle 22 miles yesterday then swim 1.25 miles. I guess I need to train harder.

I cycled into work today. I noticed the roads were quieter than usual. Then found it was an hour earlier than expected!
Turns out baby BP put my alarm clock time forward by one hour.Comment

none of my wiring has caused a problem (for once)
tighten up connections on the sockets has helped
replaced the sockets behind the tv has made a huge difference. I bought them but never changed themComment
